Patient Online Services is a convenient way to book routine appointments, order prescriptions and view a summary of your medical record. Patient Online Services are 24 hour online service which you can use in your own time day or night.
Using Patient Online Services, you can now view, book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and see a summary of your medical record at Aintree Park Group Practice from home, work or on the move, or wherever you can connect to the internet.
Patients must register individually as appointments can only be booked for the patient to whom the registration details apply. For more information on how to register please enquire at reception.
All information that is sent to the surgery via Patient online Services is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP practice are able to see this information.
There are 4 providers of Patient online Services, We use iplato to send out text messages and their online service is myGP and they have an App which is very simple to use. If you currently use another Patient Access and wish to start using myGP simply use the Account ID and Linkage key you where sent for patient access. Clink on link below for information and a Patient Online Registration form, you will need to print this off and complete before handing into the surgery. Please note patients under 16 years old will only be able to order repeat prescriptions via this service.
